Refund policy — For a refund to be issued the following criteria must be met.

* The product that the customer received must have faulty parts do to manufacturer defect.

* The customer must contact the company through the support email stating the issue and provide proof of the defect. The customer must let the company try to remedy the issue in a reasonable time frame.

* If the issue at hand do to a manufacture defect can not be resolved in a reasonable manner, the entire purchase must be returned in its original packaging. The items can Not have been installed or tampered with in any way. Only after receiving the items back and inspecting them will a refund be issued. If it is determined that the items were installed or tampered with no refund will be issued and the only way to receive your items back is to pay the full shipping and handling back to your location.

  • Delivery policy — Given the nature of the products being ordered and the fact that some items need to be specially made at the time of order, all efforts will be made to ensure that all orders will be received by the customer selected carrier within seven business day (mon-fri) and then will be promptly on there way to you.

  • Cancellation policy — For an order cancellation to be processed you must contact the company through the support email within 24 hours of the time you ordered to guarantee that it is received before the items are processed for shipping.
